-7+ Days Before the Event: Full refund available.
-4–6 Days Before the Event: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
-Less Than 4 days Before the Event: No refund available. We will have already begun preparations and sourcing fresh ingredients.
-You may reschedule your event once with at least 4 days’ notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 4 days may incur a 25% fee.
-For outdoor events, we recommend having a backup plan in case of bad weather. We do not offer refunds for weather-related cancellations unless previously arranged.
-In case of emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to work with you.
-Custom cups or specialty ingredient orders are non-refundable.
-A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking.
-If you do not show up or cancel on the day of the event, the full amount is non-refundable.
